Low Season
£28 per person per night (Based on two sharing)
High Season
July & August
£30 per person per night (Based on two sharing)

All Bedding is supplied. Electric is by key meter and payable at end of stay. Dogs by arrangement. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. They must not be left unattended at the accommodation, and must be kept on a lead when outside. You are responsible for clearing and hygienic disposal of dog fouling during your stay. You are responsible for bringing adequate bedding for your pet.
Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture, and you must leave the flat in a clean and tidy condition.
The accommodation will be ready for occupation from 3.00 pm on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure. Car Parking Liability. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents or personal injury to customers, or inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at Ty Newydd .Cars ,boats, trailers, cycles, luggage etc ,and personal items are left at owners risk.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings may be made by email, telephone, fax or letter. Bookings are held for 5 days to allow time for booking form and deposit to arrive.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% per flat per week is due with the booking form to confirm reservation, or first nights B&B tariff.
The balance for self catering holiday flats is required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Sorry we do not take credit or debit cards.
Last minute and short stay visits will be payable in full on booking.
Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. If we are able to re-let the flat for the same period your money will be repaid less the 25% deposit and an additional £20.00 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the flat, you will be liable for the full rent.
Bookings by persons under 18 years of age are not accepted
